All runs meet at the Stonybrook T-stop

Beginners and Run-walkers welcome at any run

Social Runs -  often we break into pace and distance group so everyone can run or walk-run (Saturdays) while able to have a conversation. 

Tempo Workout - are shorter, faster workouts where you run at your target pace for a 5k, so this could be anywhere from a walk-run to a 5 minute mile.

Track Workout - or sometimes Hill workout - build strength. These are great for beginners as you can go your own pace be with everyone.
